Overview of your Edinburgh tour
This is an adventure delving into Scotlands past and present and one of my personal favourite driving tours. We will visit the world famous Kelpies designed by the famous Scottish artist Andy Scott and marvel at the scale and size of Duke and Barron. This eight hour tour will also include a visit to Stirling Castle which was first mentioned around 1100. This Castle was fought over and changed hands frequently, the theory was if you controlled Stirling you controlled Scotland. We will then visit the famous site of The Battle of Banockburn, where Robert the Bruce and Edward II changed the path of Scotland forever. After Banockburn it's on to visit the world famous Wallace Monument which overlooks the scene of Scotland's victory at the Battle of Stirling Bridge. For 150 years this attraction has been the highlight of many visitors to Scotland. If you are a whisky fan we can also visit a local distillery nearby and sample there famous 18 year old single malt.
