Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns
Overview of your Edinburgh tour
Welcome to the Culloden Battlefield Tour! I will take you to one of the many distilleries the Highlands has to offer. Either for a tour or a wee whisky tasting. Then onto the Highland folk museum, Clava cairns stones, Culloden battlefield, and Pitlochry. On this highland tour, we will visit some of Scotland's historic sites. First, we will need some refreshments. So we will visit the Dalwhinnie distillery for a tour of the distillery or just to sample some of Scotland's finest whisky. From here we will head to the Highland folk museum to see how we lived all those years ago. Then we will head to the ancient bronze age burial site clava cairns. See the standing stones that have stood over the centuries. From here we make our way to Culloden battlefields. Here is how the Jacobites finally fell. Then we will head back to Edinburgh after a little stop In the picturesque town of Pitlochry. I look forward to meeting you, sharing stories, and having a great fun packed day. An adventure for all ages!
