Full Edinburgh Day Driving and Walking Private Tour

Toby knows his City and most everything about it. He has an architectural background to explain all the great areas and buildings as well as the history behind the beginning and growth of Edinburgh. He is very engaging, an excellent driver and open to any topic. He quickly learned about our group of four and was able to adapt to the different needs and questions.a great day.

I've never met a more prim and proper tour guide than Toby. He has kind, very mannerful and even at his age he could outwalk most of us. His mind was so rich in history going back through centuries about the monarchy, the locals, and learning the architectural designs of the City.. Getting around by car around the city is a perfect startof as it will give you immedately a perspective of the City and then walking on foot through new town and old town you will realize its transition and also realize it isn't as far or dificult to walk there from each other for as long as you will know the shortcuts. Having the weather as cold as it was in March, this was the perfect setup for my family.
