Overview of your Barcelona tour

If you have little time, or if you need to get an idea of how the city of Barcelona works, this is your tour! In these four hours we will mainly get to know the places that I think someone needs to visit to cross out Barcelona from his bucket list. These are the places that will remain in your hearts. - The inside of la Sagrada Familia, Gaudí's masterpiece and landmark of Barcelona. - A walk through Passeig de Gràcia, the most elegant avenue in Barcelona, where the bourgeoise built impressive houses such as the Casa Batlló. - the Gothic Quarter: a walk through the History; from Romans to Medieval ages.

Francesc was a truly remarkable guide. Though we were delayed in our arrival by several hours, he adjusted his schedule to fully accommodate us. He was very knowledgable and informative. When one of us lost a wedding ring either in the park or outside the church, he attentively backtracked with us in a valiant attempt to find it. We had multiple last minute scheduling changes that he fully took in stride, and was most gracious in all regards. I would recommend both Francesc and the Sagrada Familia tour most highly.

Francesc was a wonderful guide. He arranged a dinner and flamenco show the day before our tour. His walking tour to see the Gaudi buildings and the main area in Barcelona was enjoyable and very informative. I had never seen the inside of the Sagrada Familia. It was as splendid as the outside. His information added so much to our appreciation of the many artists and architectural accomplishments. He finished with a mouthwatering walkthrough of the daily market which made me wish we lived in Barcelona.

If you want to visit them, please let me know before the tour). -Passeig de Gràcia: Casa Batlló (exterior), casa Amatller (inside in ground flour), casa Lleó i Morera (exterior). OLD TOWN: -Cathedral (exterior) -roman Temple and walls -King Palace (two rooms inside) The itinerary can be adapted to traveller's interests: do not hesitate to contact me for a customized experience.

To make the most of our time, I recommend meeting at the Sagrada Familia, right in front of the gift shop in Marina street. However, I’ll also be happy to pick you up at your hotel, apartment, or cruise ship terminal if you prefer.
