Wonderful tour of the island by Filipe. Wife and I did a two day private tour, one day to the west and other day to the east. Never ran short on things to see. Filipe provided great advice, history and knowledge of the area, and able to adapt tour to meet our interests and needs. Especially for chosing straighter roads with regular stops, for avoiding motion sickness. Highly recommended approach to exploring beautiful island.
A great tour, allowing us to maximize our time on São Miguel during our cruise stop in Ponta Delgado. Filipe was a great guide, sequencing the stops to work around the local weather conditions and ensure we had the best possible views of Sete Cidades and the lagoons. The final stop at a pineapple plantation was an added treat!
