Let's experience the amazing Twin Lakes "Sete Cidades lake", its huge volcanic crater is one of the biggest volcanoes that we have on São Miguel island. Located on the West side of the island, its around 700 mts high from the sea level, and inside of this fantastic volcano you have a few wonders to visit. Part of the crater down is where the famous blue and green lake that have ecologically difference connected by a narrow strait, which is crossed by a bridge. You can expect to see lush vegetation, valleys, incredible other craters inside of this huge volcano and the small village by the lakes where you can feel the silence and peaceful energy of this magic place. By the way Twin Lakes it's always a wonderful surprise among a perfect location for wonderful photos and the opportunity to connect with nature, it's a tour you'll never forget!

Jorge was an amazing tour guide. He took us to all the spots we wanted to go on our half day tour. We all learnt so much about the beautiful island. He made changes to tour so we could visit a Pineapple Plantation. He also made sure that we were back at the pier in plenty of time to board our ship. Highly recommend anyone using Jorge if you are in Ponta Delgada.

Our tour of the Azores was wonderful! Jorge arrived on time and brought us back to the ship on time as well. He showed us several amazing vistas around the island and included a splendid hike of abut 40 minutes. He shared lots of great information about the island and much more. We would whole-heartedly recommend him for a shore excursion or other tour while in the Azores.
