I was born and raised in São Miguel island, and lived all my life in the Azores archipelago and trully am proud of being an "islander". With a deep knowledge of São Miguel's culture, history, traditions and general information, but also the Azores Islands in general. Even if in different areas, not only as a Tour Guide, I've worked in the tourism industry for over 10 years. In 2019 I was invited, by my former Highschool, to be a Juri Member for that year's "Rural and Environmental Tourism Professional" class' final presentation/exam. I can offer my tours in 5 languages. My hobbies include photography and traveling, therefore my goal is always to be the kind of guide I like to have on my own travels. We had such a great time getting to know Sao Miguel with Andre C! Andre was able to show us "his" Sao Miguel. We had a wonderful one of a kind experience as we traveled during the Holy Trinity. We were able to go to Andre's home town and actually see the Holy Trinity processional and even meet his father. Such a nice unexpected experience. We can't wait to come back to the Azores and explore even more!!!!!

Your Ponta Delgada tour itinerary
After being picked up directly at your the cruise port, begin the tour with a breathtaking view from the Carvão viewpoint. After that, visit the Empadadas lake, a true hidden gem of the island. Next, we head to the Canário lake, which is surrounded by a small, but lush forest. Afterwards, visit the iconic Vista do Rei viewpoint and take in a breathtaking view to the Sete Cidades lake. Follow that up with the Cerrado das Freiras viewpoint, for a different point of view of the Sete Cidades lake. Then, Santiago lake awaits you, with its pine tree forest that frames the lake. Finish the tour with a relaxing stroll through the Sete Cidades village, where you'll learn all about its history and customs.
