You can expect to taste traditional Madeiran snacks such as bolo do caco (our local bread) and queijadas (small sweet cakes), as well as indulge in local dishes like espetada (grilled meat skewers), and fresh seafood such as espada (black scabbardfish), which is a Madeiran specialty. I've been working as a guide since 2019, but my passion for hiking started long before that.
