I use my expertise and experince to design all the tours to be real "tours by a local". Every single one of them is slightly different from the standard offer of tours in Krakow. I will be thrilled to show you the "must-sees", recommend the "must-dos", and take you off the beaten track to mingle with the locals in Krakow and its surroundings. Please, take a look at the itineraries that I offer here for you, and if there is anything that you would like to change or add to them, just message me with a request for a customized tour. Then anything can be done! I am also happy to take you to towns and villages which are not listed here. I will be looking forward to your message. If you would like to get to know me a little better, here is a bit of background information: I was born in 1989, just two months after the first democratic election in Poland. My attitude towards my country was shaped by my family: the grandparents, all of whom still had the trauma and vivid memories of World War II, and my parents, who spent their 20s watching the long-awaited fall of communism. This background is the reason for my fascination with the 20th century history. It makes me extremely proud that after 30 years of struggle to "catch up with the West" Poland is gaining so much recognition from world travelers and I feel privileged to get to share with you the amazing history and culture of my country! For my education, I chose two faculties: Tourism and English Language & Culture. Now, after 11 years of working as a city guide and tour leader, I believe this was a perfect combination which helped me provide first-class service to my guests. My energy, sunny disposition, and fascination with Krakow are contagious and will make your visit here worthwhile never mind the weather or time of day! Zakopane, beautifully located among the peaks of Tatra Mountains at the elevation of 3610ft (1100 m), is the Polish tourism capital. The amazing views, special microclimate, and a very distinctive culture of the Polish highlanders have been attracting people from all around Poland for about 200 years now. Once very popular among Polish artists and elites--it is the only town in the world which was visited by all Polish Noble prize winners--now it is available to everyone and provides a great insight into the natural and cultural heritage of Poland.

An all-around excellent experience with a tour customized to our interests. Zuzanna was well-prepared and well-informed, speaks excellent English, and was a pleasure to spend the day with. We would highly recommend hiring her for any tour, in Krakow our into the countryside. For us, having the opportunity to spend one of our four days acquiring at least the beginning of a sense of what Poland is like outside of the city was a priceless experience.
Excellent, friendly and easygoing guide. Attentive and considerate of our needs. Customized tour included local sights to match our interests. Zuzanna is knowledgeable about history and culture and provided insights we would not have experienced. Highly recommended.
Our day with Zuzanna in the Tatra Mountains was fabulous, she provided the unique tour we requested. We wanted to enjoy the natural and local beauty of the region without the commercial aspects. After a ride to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, we spent some time walking the ridge line and taking in the scenery and surrounding mountains. Lunch was at a local Hansel and Gretel type cottage restaurant. Zuzanna took us along the back roads to visit and share characteristic aspects of the region. Perfect day!
Zuzanna is wonderful! Friendly, thoughtful, and open to any and all questions. Perfect English! And the Tatras were absolutely beautiful, so glad we visited the Polish Highlands & Zakopane. We chose Zuzanna because we didn't just want to see the main tourist attractions that everyone else sees, & Zuzanna has additional stops or add-ons that show you more about local life & history. She goes the extra mile too-she even found a local place for us to buy the wool blankets we wanted & we are so grateful!
A nice drive to the Tatra mountains and fun conversation with Zuzanna. Our first stop was in the Highlander Village to see their wooden homes and take a nice stroll in the foothills. Then, on to the mountains for a beautiful walk in Tatra National Park. Again, Zuzanna provided all of the local knowledge that enhanced the trip
