One day tour to Auschwitz Birkenau Museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine

Tomasz went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. He was kind and knowledgeable, providing deep and thoughtful answers to my questions. He also made the tour feel very personal with his attention to detail and responsiveness. For example, he provided clear information prior to the tour, modified the tour sequence in real time to accommodate the changing weather, bought Polish snacks for me to try, and helped me understand the bus system so that I could easily catch my bus at the end of our tour. As a single female traveler, I felt safe and cared for. I highly recommend him.

Combining both sites in one day makes for a long day, but Tomasz made the experience seamless. His communication and logistics were flawless. The two sites are very different, and Tomasz expertly handled the day with sensitivity and thoughtfulness. He provided us with valuable information in the ride to both sites, and he chose a lovely lunch spot for us in Wieliczka. Visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial was the main reason for our trip to Krakow. The sheer magnitude and impact of the place made for a tough day, but having Tomasz there to handle all the details allowed us to focus on what was important.

The snack stop for lunch was excellent for us as we always have a light lunch . A great tour but a long day for us oldies But would fully recommend to anyone

Tomasz was very informative and very knowledgeable on his Polish & European history. He was always punctual and very accommodating. On our long day he always provided us with water and snacks in the car. We would definitely recommend and use Tomasz again if we were in Kraków in the future. Great tour!

Tomasz was fantastic! We have done several private tours in Europe and around the world and have not had a better guide. We spent an entire day with Tomasz including Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. Tomasz took care of every detail and made sure we felt comfortable. Tomasz is knowledgeable and flexible making sure he highlighted everything we wanted to see and more.
