At ToursByLocals, we believe that how you explore is just as important as where you go. That’s why every Lodz tour is private, flexible, and built around you: Move at your own pace, skip the crowds, make connections and follow your curiosity. Find local guides offering private tours in Lodz for every interest, including:

Religious Sites tours: See the colourful Alexander Nevsky Orthodox Cathedral, step inside the Lutheran St. Matthew’s Church, and walk the atmospheric Jewish Cemetery on Bracka with its ornate tombs. Private tours can also include the small Reicher Synagogue and stories of multi‑faith Łódź.

History tours: Trace textile‑mill fortunes at Manufaktura and the Poznański Palace, then learn about the Litzmannstadt Ghetto at Radegast Station and Survivors’ Park. Your guide can add a stop at the famous Film School and share how the city’s industry shaped its culture.

Architecture tours: Compare red‑brick factory complexes at Księży Młyn with Art Nouveau and eclectic facades along Piotrkowska, then see the EC1 power plant’s sleek revamp and creative courtyards at OFF Piotrkowska. Private architecture tours focus on details like courtyards, tilework, and adaptive‑reuse design.

Getting around: Piotrkowska and nearby streets are easy to explore on foot, and trams cover most corridors. The city is spread out, so tours with private transportation help link distant sites efficiently.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all itinerary, you can tailor your private tour to match your interests, pace and personality with a local who knows Lodz inside and out.
