I use my expertise and experince to design all the tours to be real "tours by a local". Every single one of them is slightly different from the standard offer of tours in Krakow. I will be thrilled to show you the "must-sees", recommend the "must-dos", and take you off the beaten track to mingle with the locals in Krakow and its surroundings. Please, take a look at the itineraries that I offer here for you, and if there is anything that you would like to change or add to them, just message me with a request for a customized tour. Then anything can be done! I am also happy to take you to towns and villages which are not listed here. I will be looking forward to your message. If you would like to get to know me a little better, here is a bit of background information: I was born in 1989, just two months after the first democratic election in Poland. My attitude towards my country was shaped by my family: the grandparents, all of whom still had the trauma and vivid memories of World War II, and my parents, who spent their 20s watching the long-awaited fall of communism. This background is the reason for my fascination with the 20th century history. It makes me extremely proud that after 30 years of struggle to "catch up with the West" Poland is gaining so much recognition from world travelers and I feel privileged to get to share with you the amazing history and culture of my country! For my education, I chose two faculties: Tourism and English Language & Culture. Now, after 11 years of working as a city guide and tour leader, I believe this was a perfect combination which helped me provide first-class service to my guests. My energy, sunny disposition, and fascination with Krakow are contagious and will make your visit here worthwhile never mind the weather or time of day! Overview of your Krakow tour

There are multiple reasons why Krakow has a special magical atmosphere. . . •the Old Town, the map of which has not changed at all for the last 750 years; •the Wawel Hill which was the seat of Polish kings who made Poland become the biggest country in Europe; •this touch of academia in the University Quarter; •the nuns and priests walking to one of 22 churches located in Krakow old town; •there is the best preserved Jewish Quarter in Europe with 500 year-old synagogues and a very modern JCC; •…. and there is the fascinating story of Second World War in Krakow which explains why none of the above were destroyed. This tour includes all of that and a coffee break at a local cafe to help you experience the city with your taste buds as well.

Our walking tour of Krakow was truly exceptional. Zuzanna brought the city to life by weaving together both its physical landmarks and its deeper emotional history. She went beyond the typical stops, taking us to hidden, out-of-the-way places that added so much richness to the experience. She even took us to a couple of cool record shops when she found out our son loves jazz. Her knowledge, storytelling, and genuine care for the subject made this tour unforgettable. I left with a much deeper understanding and appreciation of Krakow.

We had Zuzanna design a custom tour and could not have been happier with the results. As you would expect from any excellent tour guide, she is dependable, punctual, caring, extremely knowledgeable and speaks impeccable English. But what sets her apart from others is the effort she puts into customizing her tours. She arranged for us to visit the church where my wife's grandparents were married and to look through the church records for family members. It took a lot of effort on her part to make this happen. She provided excellent commentary throughout the tour and was able to provide intelligent answers to our questions. She really went above and beyond what a guide might be expected to do, even tracking down some records that had been transferred to another parish. If you want an outstanding tour, let Zuzanna design one for you.

Had a great day in Krakow with Zuzanna. She also was my guide in 2019 and she was so good that I had to book her again. If you’re going to Krakow I highly recommend Zuzanna. I will see her every time I visit Poland and learn more each time.

Book this! Zusanna was amazing. She curated a tour specific to our interests and told such great stories to keep the children engaged and knew so much history. Her knowledge of not only Krakow, but Poland as a whole was amazing. She was able to answer every question we asked and moved at the pace of our group which ranged from 14 - 82 in age.

Zuzanna is a exceptional guide. I've hired more than 50 private guides over the past 20 years and she is definitely one of the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable and, more importantly, able to convey that knowledge in a way that is both interesting and thought provoking. One of our stops was the Schindler Museum, a site she presented in a masterful way. She was able to present the exhibits in a way that allowed us to fully understand the material on display while making it incredibly relevant to current times. Can not recommend her enough!
