Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine full day tour from Krakow

Marta was a knowledgeable guide and very friendly providing lots of information and making the journey to and from Auschwitz and the Salt Mines a pleasure. I would highly recommend her.

Our day tour with Marta was the highlight of our stay in Krakow. Everything that had been discussed was booked and when able we were fast tracked as suggested by Marta. Her knowledge is exemplify. It didn't matter what we asked or pointed to she knew the answer or what it was. We could not recommend her services more highly.

Marta is AMAZING! We booked Marta for 3 full days of tours from Krakow and didn't regret it. Her passion for history of all things POLAND is really what takes her to the next level of being an informative guide. She was prompt, thoughtful and fun. She treated us like family and each day she taught us more history of Poland. I would definitely book Marta again if we are in Krakow and would tell other friends or family to book her as well. Great investment for our trip!

This was a tour of Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. We had seperate guides for each site. The guide for Auschwitz was outstanding. The Salt Mine guide led a very large group, more than 20 and was difficult to hear and understand. Marta's role was to organize the tour, prepare for what we would see and to get us to and from the sites. Marta did this very well, she was knowledgable of the historic background and was most enjoyable company.

We ended up arranging transportation with Marta's husband and daughter, and wow, we were taken care of. Her daughter helped us get to the gate and found our guide through the crowds. She went above and beyond to make sure our group (consisting of elders and young children) was accommodated and it made our experience much less stressful. She even gave the museum tour guide her cell phone number, so he could call her when we finished and she and her dad could drive right up to the entrance to pick us up.

Marta helped us get the tickets to these places. She drove us there safely (she is an excellent driver), and she took us to a great place to eat lunch. Along the way she pointed out areas that were interesting and she could answer all of our questions. She is very nice and knowledgeable.
