Hello, my name is Aga. I was born in Krakow and since then it's been my place on Earth. I graduated from the Japanese Philology at the Jagiellonian University. I used to work in a big corporation but one day I decided to quit my job. I signed up to the course for the professional guides. After I had passed all difficult exams, I got a certificate and the badge with the coat of arms of Kraków and number 333. My dreams came true and now I do the best job ever. I show people around my home town. Some say I'm lucky because I do what I love. That's right. I've guided hundreds of groups, couples, singles, children, families, company workers. Some of them became my friends and still come back to Kraków. Some post their reviews and comments on my Facebook page, some send emails… so many warm words… It makes me a happy guide. This is a walking tour for those who want much sightseeing in less time. It'll be the story of two towns and two nations: Poles and Jews. Neighbors for ages. We are going to walk from Kraków to Kazimierz that used to be a town just 200 years ago. Now it's a city district. You will see highlights of both places and look at them from two perspectives. Charming streets, churches, synagogues, stories and anecdotes will enjoy You. Two towns so close but so different. It'll be a long day but it's worth being spent so actively, especially when You do not have much time for sightseeing. For some, it is a challenge and they may feel like champions at the finish :-) For some, it is a piece of cake :-) How about You? :-)

Ms. Agnieszka Szafraniec is an incredible guide. Her command of English is remarkable, and her knowledge of Poland's and Krakow's history is impressive. She is thorough, patient, accommodating and kind, and it was such a great pleasure to spend the day with her and learn so much about the City's history.
Our family (9 people) had very interesting and full of experiences day. Agnieszka is very competent guide which showed us Krakow (Wawel, Old Town and Jewish District). She knows the history, loves her city and is able to tell the stories which find the place in each persons heart. Everyone from our family took something to remember. I would definitely recommend her as a guide if you are planning a trip to Krakow.
Our long day will start on the Main Market Square to see the following highlights: - St. Mary's Basilica - The Cloth Hall - The City Hall Tower - St. Adalbert's Church - St. Maria Magdalena Square with two churches: St. Peter's and St. Paul's, St. Andrew's - Kanonicza Street will take us straight to the Wawel Hill - The Cathedral - The Royal Castle with charming renaissance courtyard - coffee break at the castle ( optionally) Jewish district in Kazimierz: - synagogues - Schindler's backyard - streets and townhouses, small art and hand-made craft galleries - Nowy Square with flea market and little bistroes around Rotunda offering world famous ( mentioned in guide books) long zapiekanka - XXL size cripsy baquette with cheese, mushrooms and toppings. - Szeroka Street - heart of Kazimierz with three synagogues: Old, Popper's and Remuh, Jewish cemetery, former mykvah, kosher restaurants and live klezmer music. Noisy, cheerful and trendy place that You will love and never forget.
