My name is Alex and I would like to invite you to Krakow, where I was born and with which my whole life is connected. For twenty years I have been working in tourism as a licensed guide and tour escort. My hobby is to read all kinds of books, but above all, those that present the history of Poland and Europe. I am really satisfied when I can present my knowledge and experience that I have gained in recent years. Poland is a country with over 1, 000 years of history and an exceptional cultural heritage. The diversity of historical places, beautiful landscapes and great Polish cuisine encourage people from all over the world to visit this country. I am glad that you have decided to visit Poland as well. I would like to show you the most beautiful places in Krakow and its surroundings. Krakow is a city with a rich history and a multicultural heritage. You will never regret the time spent visiting this city. Of course, I will be happy to accompany you as your private guide. In the vicinity of Krakow is difficult to count the number of places that are really worth a visit during a half or full day trip. Take only the Wieliczka Salt Mine or Auschwitz-Birkenau, which together with the Krakow's Old Town is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. In addition, after just 2 hours of driving you can find yourself in the Polish Tatras mountains with such a different culture and taste that characterizes Polish highlanders. There are also options for pilgrims who would like to follow the footsteps of Pope John Paul II. I invite you to visit all these places with me. We can do one trip together or combine a multi-day route tailored to your expectations. I am also open to traveling with you to other places that are not listed on my trip list. I am looking forward to receiving your message. I provide all trips with my own comfortable, air-conditioned cars (Mercedes Vito and Audi Q5). Guide license no. PM/379/2000 Tour Leader license no. PW/61/04 Driving license Transportation license Please be informed that some places have own guides ( Auschwitz-Birkenau, Salt Mine Wieliczka).

Krakow is the city where I was born and have lived for over 60 years. I am also a licensed guide in this city. By choosing this tour, you choose a walk around Krakow with a guide who has an enormous knowledge of this city. I invite you for a walk along the Royal Road in Old Town - one of the most popular paths which include the most important places worth seeing. After it, we will pass through the Kazimierz district which is the remnant and unique heritage of Jewish culture. If you want to experience a walk full of valuable and true stories, legends, and facts, just book a tour with me. I am open to making a tour of Old Town or Kazimierz separately. I can also suit the theme of a tour to your expectations. Just please contact me. Highlights: - The Royal Road with Wawel Castle (the tour includes a walk around the castle and inside Wawel cathedral. If you are interested to see the castle inside please write) - Main Market Square - tour inside St Mary's church - Jagiellonian University - Old Synagogues

Aleksander is a delightful man to spend time with. He has a wonderful sense of humor, he’s kind and considerate and takes an interest in what my husband and I had to say. We learned so much about Krakow in one afternoon. I hope he continues guiding for years so many people can enjoy and learn from him.

We spent the day with Alex in Krakow. He gave us a detailed history of Poland and Krakow and took us to many important sites. It was very informative. We covered close to 7 miles in over 7 hours. He even found a great restaurant that could take care of my wife’s food allergies. We highly recommend Alex.
