This experience starts with a visit to the Tsukiji outer fish market, where we purchase fresh tuna meet for the sushi making experience. Then, guests will proceed to a local living place, where they will receive a private cooking class on the art of sushi making, including the traditional techniques used to prepare sushi, as well as the history and culture behind this beloved Japanese dish. You will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience, making your own nigiri style sushi using fresh ingredients, and will enjoy their creations at the end of the class. This experience provides an authentic way for tourists to experience local food culture.It's a one-of-a-kind opportunity to deepen your understanding of Japanese cuisine and culture, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
