Welcome to Reykjavik, which is the most northern capital in the world. For what this small city lacks is size it makes up in diversity of experience! Come on a fun and interesting journey discovering some of Reykjavik's Hidden Gems and its colourful and vibrant atmosphere. We will sample some of the local culinary delights together with seeing how Icelandic people live in their day to day lives.
I will pick you up at your accommodation or the cruise ship port and take you on an unforgettable 4.5 hour sightseeing tour to the following highlights: • Hallgrímskirkja Church • Harpa Concert Hall • Laugavegur & Skólavörðustígur main shopping streets • Sólfarið Sun Voyager Viking Ship • Höfði Summit meeting House • Perlan Pearl • Bessastaðir President House • The Old Harbour • Grótta Lighthouse • Thufa Hill • Reykjavík City Hall and the Reykjavík Pond We will also sample some of the famous Reykjavik delicacies including hotdogs, world famous fish an chips and the famous Valdi's icecream parlour. If time permits we can also have a look at some of the interesting museums including Perlan and optional 'Flyover Iceland'. This itinerary can be completely customised to include a relaxing hour in the sky lagoon.
