Overview of your Munich tour
This tour is an excursion to the darkest part of German history. As a licensed guide of the Concentration Camp Memorial of Dachau, I will guide you through the historical buildings and the informative exhibition, and try to answer all your questions about this terrible place and the history behind it. On our way through Munich, you will see several historic sites where Adolf Hitler started his disastrous political career, founded the Nazi-Party, first failed to seize power, and later gave Munich the infamous title "Capital of the Movement" The Memorial is about 12 miles away from the City Center, which makes it very convenient to go by car.

Highly recommended tour by an excellent guide! Terrific in-depth, informative and sensitive tour of a dark topic/location from the country of my birth. The tour pace was great, Thomas was attuned to the needs of our group. It was enjoyable to be able to ask him questions and discuss both historical and current-day topics.
