Tour goes into the lake district called Salzkammergut. The lakes you will see are lake Fuschlsee, lake Wolfgangsee, lake Hallstättersee and lake Gosausee. The tour stops in the little villages and the nice pictures stops. You have the possibility to cable car ride, train ride, boat ride, visit of the saltmine in Hallstatt or the five fingers platform, icecave and the glacier of mountain Dachstein. For all ages you can even do the summer bobslide or in winter the bobslide in Abtenau. But if you only want to enjoy the beautifull sights of lakes and mountains, then this is the perfect tour for it.
We leave city of Salzburg north east following national road into the lake district called Salzkammergut. We stop at lake Fuschlsee for picture. Next lake is called Wolfgangsee, where we visit the villages of Saint Gilgen and Saint Wolfgang. Here you can do the boatride crossing the lake or take the cable car or the train to the mountains. Then we do the city tour in Bad Ischl and continueing to lake Hallstättersee to visit world culture heritage village Hallstatt. In this area you could visit the saltmine, icecave or the glacier with the platform five fingers of mountain Dachstein. From May to September you can do the boad ride with the traditional boats called Zille or Fuhr. The way back to Salzburg includes the drive through the ski resort of Dachstein West with a stop at lake Gosau.
