Hello my dear guests, I was born and raised in Salzburg. I did my University in Kufstein, Austria. Since my studies I was doing tour guiding. I lived for about 10 years in northern Italy (close to Milan) where I wrote my theses, worked there in a company and did my license for becoming a tour guide in the region of Lombardia. My wife brought me back to Salzburg where I immediately did my license for tour guiding and also for being able to drive the people around. My passion is it to concentrate and learn more about my guests and fulfill their interest and giving you a great time during your vacation. Looking forward welcoming and hosting you in Salzburg, Munich, Linz, Vienna, or Innsbruck I am a licensed Austria guide. I have the license of driving the people around (please check for the M behind the windscreen and in the usage of the car must be code one from 22-31). All licenses can be checked any time and are carried with in the car or personally. I am Austria Guide for english, italian and german and I have a panorama glass roof van limousine service.

Overview of your Salzburg tour

Enjoy with us a tour to the nearby area of Chiemsee, the Bavarian "sea". This tour will bring you to the fantasy world of King Ludwig. The tour combines a reality from the french kings, with beautiful nature and a relaxing boat ride over the lake of Chiemsee wit great views to the Bavarian and Austrian Alps! We will depart from Salzburg to the area of Chiemsee. Enjoy then a smooth boat ride to the Island of Herrenchiemsee, where we will walk for 15 minutes, or take the optional horse carriage ride to the palace of King Ludwig where he wanted to create a copy of Versailles brought to the 19th century. See the King's collection of his clocks and illusionary effects that King Ludwig loved.
Your Salzburg tour itinerary
I will start in Salzburg and then go with you to the are of Chiemsee where we will have a boat ride to the island of Chiemsee. Once arrived there we will walk, or take the optional horse carriage ride to the palace of Herrenchiemsee. On the way back we can drive then also through the mountain area of east Bavaria and pass by Traunstein, Ruhpolding and Bad Reichenhall before we will return to Salzburg.
