Hi everyone! My name is Carlos and I live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Salzburg. Home of Mozart and the Sound of Music, where culture, history and architecture are surrounded by the majestic Alps and the breathtaking Lake District. On this tour I offer you a unique Christmas experience in the Lake District and the City of Salzburg. For many years, the lake district started this Christmas tradition of selling little ornaments for this special time of the year. Yes. . . I will show you where it all started. If you would like to embark in an adventure, full of Christmas spirit and natural alpine beauty, while getting the full information and enthusiasm of yours truly, I recommend you to look no further. I, as your guide, will do my utmost to make sure you have fun and make unforgettable moments.
Your Salzburg tour itinerary
After meeting you in your Salzburg hotel, we will leave the city behind us and make our way to the Unesco World Heritage Town of Hallstatt, passing through the magnificent and breathtaking Salzburg countryside. In Hallstatt, you'll have plenty of time (2 hours) to discover all the hidden gems and of course the must-sees as well as to have lunch in one of the local restaurants. We go to the beautiful Lake District town of St. Wolfgang where you will explore a unique Christmas market and probably try some of the local products and some mulled wine. Once we depart from St. Wolfgang we will make our way back to Salzburg driving along the beautiful Lakes Wolfgangsee and Fuschlsee including a picture stop in St. Gilgen. The last part of our Tour will bring us to the famous Christmas Market in Hellbrunn. After Hellbrunn we will return to your hotel or any other destination in the city of Salzburg.
