I am passionate about American History, and am excited to share the large, immersive, outdoor classroom of Center City Philadelphia with you. I am a former Professor of Early American History, a docent at Carpenters Hall, a volunteer with the Independence Historic Trust, and a Research Fellow of the First Continental Congress. I have been a volunteer guide at Powel House, Washingtons Crossing, Moland House, and Laurel Hill Cemetary. I believe that the story of our country is built upon the people, the stories, and the struggles of our founders. I thrive on talking about these amazing people, and will be excited to show the specific sites that define our past. I also believe that an awesome tour stays with you forever. I promise not to download dozens of dates and facts that will be forgotten in a few days. My goal is to amaze you with the stories that teach, explain, and instill you with the same pride that I feel every time I walk through this most amazing city.
