I am a friendly and experienced Blue Badge Guide. I own a V Class Mercedes and can take groups of up to four people. I am a Blue Badge Guide, and I have spent eighteen years working as a guide in London and England. I have a history degree, and an MA (London Studies). I have also spent five years working as a tour director, travelling with groups throughout Western Europe, and I have spent eight years teaching teenagers history in a secondary school in London. I feel very fortunate to be able to work as a guide in London and England. I am confident my sense of humour, enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure you enjoy the time we spend together. This was a wonderful trip with Marcus. The transportation was comfortable. He's very knowledgeable and can explain history and world politics quite well. He's also very funny so we laughed a lot. We really enjoyed the stop at Oxford. I'm glad we got to see some of the countryside too. Don't underestimate the drive times because it's a lot of windshield time. Also...

Marcus is very knowledgeable & engaging. He was solicitous of what we wanted to see & found us a wonderful restaurant for lunch. The day was highly enjoyable & went by all too quickly.

Outstanding tour guide! Adapted content to make the experience enjoyable for all of us. Marcus is super great with kids and engaged our 8-year-old and 13-year-old, so they asked questions and really enjoyed the history and experience! Fabulous experience!
