Full day trip to the COTSWOLDS, Blenheim Palace and / or Oxford from London with Blue Badge Guide (in a V Class Mercedes)

This was a wonderful trip with Marcus. The transportation was comfortable. He's very knowledgeable and can explain history and world politics quite well. He's also very funny so we laughed a lot. We really enjoyed the stop at Oxford. I'm glad we got to see some of the countryside too. Don't underestimate the drive times because it's a lot of windshield time. Also select a time to exit the city before or after morning traffic on a weekday. Nevertheless, it was a great change from the rest of our London time, and we would highly recommend it.

Marcus, You were an absolute joy to be with on our tour of Oxford and the Cotswolds. You were timely, knowledgeable and FUN. This was our favorite day! We felt that we saw so much more of what England is really like, instead of just the big city of London. The countryside was beautiful, and we had lunch (and later a beer) at what were the most authentic places of our whole trip. This was a long day but definitely worth it. Thank you Marcus for sharing so much about your country with us!

We had a lovely day trip out of London with Marcus. Of special note was our time in Broadway (where we had vacationed for a week in 1998); it was still as special now as it was then. Marcus was a great guide, good commentry, and included visits to/through other Cotswolds area villages. Highly recommned Marcus (with his own car) and this tour.

Marcus is everything we could have hoped for in a guide. We did a half day in Windsor and a full day trip to the Cotswolds. His car is immaculate, his knowledge is excellent, and he was reliable and organized. More important, Marcus is exactly the kind of person you'd want to spend time with. He is warm, relatable, a great conversationalist, and has a tremendous sense of humor. It's hard to win over two teenaged boys, but Marcus did. He thoughtfully planned a great experience for us. Highly recommend!!

Marcus gave us an excellent tour of The Cotswolds. The restaurant he selected for lunch was wonderful.
