Hello and welcome to London. I have been guiding in the UK, London and Europe for 10 years and I love my job. I have always loved History. I remember as a child the first time i walked through the Armoury in the Tower of London and crossed Tower Bridge. I still recall the smell of the flowers being sold in Colombia Road and the feel of the old antique books in Covent Garden market. I created what is now my most popular tour 9 years ago so my clients could not just see London's sights but experience them in a way only a local could. I had no idea i would still be doing this and loving every day as if it were my first. On this tour we will see Westminster Abbey, St. Pauls' The Tower of London and Big Ben, We will walk with the guards to Buckingham Palace and if the Royal Standard is up maybe even see the King. There are medieval churches to visit and ruins from Londons Roman past, from the crunch of the gravel at Horseguards to the aromas from the bustling food stalls of Spitalfields or Borough Market. My wife and I spent 2 fabulous days touring London with Nicholas leading the way. From the Tower of London to Abby Road, Nicholas could not have been more enthusiastic, entertaining, or knowledgeable. For anyone with limited time in London wanting to get acquainted with the city I could not imagine a better guide than Nicholas.

Nicholas was a wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable as well as interesting in his presentation. Offered to take photos of our group if 9 at many important landmarks. He tailored our tour to our needs as my husband has knee pain with walking and adjusted our pace to accommodate this. Offered stops to rest if needed and used Taxis, the bus and subway to decrease the amount of walking. Our whole group really enjoyed our tour and where impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Nicholas was very personable and accommodating. We wanted a tour that was somewhat off the beaten path, and Nicholas obliged by guiding us through neighborhoods and down side streets that we never would have never found (nor appreciated) on our own. In response to our initial comments and questions, Nicholas customized our day on the fly and gave us a unique experience we will never forget.
My family and I were visiting from California. From the initial meeting with Nicholas, I had a good feeling for the day. He was extremely professional, respectful, patient and most of all very informative and has a very good art of blending history, information and making it all mesh well together. He makes it fun for the adults and the kids. What initially seemed like a lot of hours for the tours, turned out to not being enough and we wanted more. He is very funny and just a well balanced gentleman. I would not even think twice before booking him…I guarantee you will have an amazing time and once the tour is finished…you will feel like a local.
Our Itinerary will be fluid to incorporate your needs and interests. I have included an example below. Am: A walking tour to visit the exteriors of. . . the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Whitehall, Downing Street, The exterior of Westminster Abbey and the deans yard. Walk with the soldiers for the Changing of the Guards (depending on schedule) A photo stop at Buckingham Palace, A stroll through St, James's Park A taxi/bus to Piccadilly Circus and China Town A stop at Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. Lunch: Chose from foodie markets/ a pub lunch/ a quick sandwich or a snack with a view. The choice is yours. PM: We take public/private/taxi transport to St. Pauls Cathedral then to relax with Londons Skyline from a viewing platform. The Famous Tower Bridge. The Tower of London and its History. We will do the day at a pace you are comfortable with with lots of breaks and a black cab ride to maximise our time together in London. The tour can be designed to suit the needs of you and your guests.
