I am a friendly and experienced Blue Badge Guide. I own a V Class Mercedes and can take groups of up to four people. I am a Blue Badge Guide, and I have spent eighteen years working as a guide in London and England. I have a history degree, and an MA (London Studies). This was a great tour. We got to see so much more of London with Marcus this way than if we had tried a walking tour. Marcus is so knowledgeable and really did a great job of explaining what we saw and the associated history.

Marcus was a wonderful guide. We have used Tours by Locals several times over the last 7-8 years and Marcus was "Top Notch." We had some difficulties because of a cruise ship last minute docking location change and Marcus was very accomodating. His knowledge and wit were refreshing. He was certain we checked all the "must sees" off our list in London. We would recommend him unconditionally and hope to use him again our next trip to London.
We enjoyed our half day with Marcus. His knowledge of not only London but other parts of the United Kingdom were very interesting. He knew how to drive around London smoothly and found parking easy enough where needed. I would hope he would be available again for our next trip here.
