Our tour guide, Sheilina, was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She met us at our hotel on our first day in Tokyo. We let Sheilina plan our itinerary for our 6-hour tour. If you would like a tour guide who is bright, charming, knowledgeable, who has a sense of humor and who looks out for her guests, then you should book a tour with Sheilina. She was informative without being pedantic and she shared her experience so that we ate the best food offered at the fish market as well as a fine Wagyu beef lunch. We have a great time in Japan with the guide of Shelina. She showed up about 20 min earlier than expected in hotel lobby. She is very nice and try her best to meet our shopping request during the tour. We highly recommend Shelina for Tokyo tour.

We had a really enjoyable tour in Yokohama with Selina. She struck a nice balance between guiding and letting the day unfold naturally.
