My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Global Information and Telecommunication Studies (Multimedia) and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Waseda University. (Fun fact: Waseda is the alma mater of Haruki Murakami and has produced numerous Prime Ministers.) I also studied at NYU, which gave me a global perspective and fluent English. I "decode" Japanese culture through the lens of history, sociology, and cinematic storytelling. 【My Trademarks & Discipline】 You can't miss me in the crowd! Look for the guy with Blonde hair and a Headband. Despite the creative look, I am a disciplined professional. I hold a Black Belt in Karate (Okinawa Goju-ryu) and used to be a semi-professional skier. I bring that same discipline to my tour logistics. (If you love winter sports, ask me for recommendations on the best ski resorts in Japan!) 【A True Foodie】 With two uncles who are professional "Itamae" (Japanese Chefs), I grew up walking the alleys of Tsukiji Market since I was 5 years old. I have a strict tongue for quality, so I promise to take you to authentic local gems, avoiding tourist traps. 【Personal Side: Dog Lover】 I am a huge dog lover and actively support rescue dog activities. Currently, I am fostering a lovely Toy Poodle named "Emma" (est. 8 years old) as a volunteer. If you love dogs, we will have endless stories to share! 【My Style】 I am very active and still swim 1.5km to 2km every other day.
