Guide #3938
Hi, my name is Yasuko. I am an eclectic tour guide and interpreter. My tour will be custom made just for you. Whether you choose fashion, food, history, museums, or sports, etc. , I promise we will have fun! I earned an M. A. from the University of Illinois. I worked with an American company for years. I like to swim and bike. I live in the west-central Tokyo. I also lived in London, Chicago and Springfield, and traveled around the world. I liked people and enjoyed living anywhere I went. Tokyo is a big city, so it has many places to see - almost anything you can imagine! Here we can walk and use public transportation or I can arrange a taxi or van for you. If you'd like, we will see a little bit of everything. Last minute bookings are welcome! M.A. in International Business and B.A. in Liberal Studies from the University of Illinois: National guide certificate issued by Governor of Tokyo Metropolis: Grade A (highest level) guide certificate: Lifesaving and First-aid certificate : Itinerary management certificate: Tour guide trainer/consultant.

Yasuko was an amazing guide for our family tour of Tokyo. She helped customize our two days in Tokyo and included some great local spots for lunch. Her knowledge and pride of Japan elevated our experience. She is a treasure!

Our tour with Yasuko was fantastic. Not only did she give us a crash course on using the public transit but she also took us through various sites around the city that showcased the cherry blossoms, including the Imperial Palace. Highly recommend her services.

Were it not for the insightful suggestion of guide Yasuko, I might never have experienced the interesting sights and experiences offered by this unique location. Kamakura attracts a lot of tourists so it is...
