My guiding qualifications include a license for the Tri-City area of Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot. In addition I have separate licenses for Stutthoff Nazi Concentration Camp, the European Solidarity Center , , the Emmigration Museum in Gdynia and the Province of Warmia and Mazury in the east of Poland.
My formal educational qualifications include a BA degree from the University of Ulster Coleraine, Northern Ireland where I studied language, literature, history and folklore.
I am passionate and enthusiastic about the art of guiding, the more I do it, the more I love it. I deliver tours that are fun, informative and unforgettable.

A Recent Review of this guide
Michael Gannon is a proud Irishman who speaks perfect English and Polish. He took my grandson and I through the European Solidarity Center and almost got us an audience with Lech Wałesa. During our extensive trip, we had five different guides, and he was my grandson's favorite. Michael brings enthusiasm, humor, and extensive knowledge to his highlight tour of Gdansk. I've always wanted to visit a milk bar, and Michael took us to a beauty; the food was good and the camaraderie was way above average.
