Gdansk Food and Culture half day Tour

Many people ask me what is unique in Gdańsk and Poland. I can tell for hours about our beautiful history and rich traditions, but wouldn't it be better to sit around while enjoying delicious local food. Moreover, food is one of the most valuable cultural values of our country. Sumptuous tables with dishes whose taste and smell will admire many senses. This is how I see our tour! Remember that Poland is famous for its hospitality and our dishes are served in quite large portions. Therefore, get ready for a large portion of history and an even larger portion of delicious food. It will be a feast for your stomachs.

We’ll start by exploring the beautiful Main Town and Old Town of Gdańsk. I’ll guide you through the city’s most iconic spots, sharing stories, legends, and fun facts along the way. We’ll walk down the famous Royal Route, stop by the charming Old Port, and visit the unique St. Bridget’s Church, where you’ll see the stunning amber altar – one of a kind in the world. At some point during our walk, we’ll take a well-deserved break in a cozy local restaurant where you’ll get a chance to taste authentic Polish dishes – classics like pierogi, żurek (our sour rye soup), or potato pancakes. Please note that food is no longer included in the tour price – you’ll pay only for what you order. To wrap things up, we’ll treat ourselves to what I personally consider the best donuts in town.
