Hello travelers! Like you, for many years I have traveled the world in various ways. During my trips, I always tried to guide the vision of conscious traveling. Establish contacts with local guides and support local communities. That's why I would like to introduce you to my little world in which I grew up. One of the guiding thoughts that guide me when I travel is the passion for what I do. I link a few passions: to travel, history and active leisure. For three years I have been running local tours of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia and the surrounding area. Together with a group of friends, we have created an initiative associating local guides Poland By Locals. We go beyond the usual routes and we create new travel experiences. In addition to active forms of sightseeing, like cycling and canoeing. I run theme tours related to Gdańsk brewing and Polish cuisine. I also specialize in the history of the Second World War and the communist era in Poland. I also conduct trips to the Malbork Castle and beautiful areas of Kashubia. I show my guest both well-known corners of the city as well as those outside the beaten trails. I present how the life of local communities looks like, I talk about our traditions, lifestyle and show places that you can not always reach by yourself. I will always be happy to help you create a personalized trip around Poland and our region. Overview of your Gdansk tour

You know the stories of knights, sieges and spectacular battles, don't you? The Castle in Malbork is an icon of Medieval Poland and the largest brick castle in the world. For me, the castle still reveals its secrets and each trip to this fortress is a great adventure. The very fact that there are three castles in one reminds me of the power of the Teutonic Order. Knights fighting in the Holy Land alongside the Knights Templar and Joanites came all the way here to become part of our difficult history. It's time to discover the magic of the Middle Ages and explore the secrets of a brick fortress. After traversing narrow and winding corridors, I invite you to enjoy a lunch at a local inn, where you will discover the flavors of vistula lowlands. If you have enough strength on the way back, we will visit Westerplatte, the place where World War II began.

Sebastian was great! Our day was like touring with a friend. We talked about a lot of things while driving to Marlboro Castle (awesome site) and learned about life in Poland, history and current trends. Lunch was at an amazing restored historic home that had been moved 60 km; the food was excellent. We added a beach visit to a real Baltic beach (did not find amber) before taking a short ferry to Westerplatte. A great day with an outstanding tour guide.

Our tour with Sebastian was a fantastic experience. Malbork Castle and Westerplatte are incredible historical sites. Just as interesting was the conversation with Sebastian, along the drive and during a great Polish lunch, about Polish history and life today.

Sebastian was a terrific guide. He took us to Malbork and Westerplatte. Sebastian was very knowledgeable, fun, and kind. There were five of us on the tour ranging in age from 18 years to 79 years. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Sebastian was the best! He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and with a great sense of humor. We had a large group of 24 and he took remarkably good care of us all. Lunch was particularly wonderful and elevated further by Sebastian bringing Polish wines and his own wine glasses for us to have a wine tasting. Its was an unseasonably hot summer day in Gdansk, but Sebastian made sure we were as comfortable as possible and understood when some of our group were exhausted and wanted to depart early.

I highly recommend Sebastian as a tour guide. He was knowledgeable and attentive to understand and provide the tour that was important to us. We created our own agenda that included a personal direction. Sebastian was very helpful, informative and conscientious to insure that we arrived back to our cruise ship on time. He was very personable, polite and good to communicate with. I would seek him as our tour guide again if the opportunity should arise.
