The name "Cassubia" was used first time in XIII century and concerned the part of Western Pomerania. Later the Slavic ethnic group was named Kaszuby (Kaszubs, Kashubians. Today, Kashubia is situated in the Eastern part of Pomerania in Northern Poland and is consisting of some regions. I would like to invite you to make a trip to Kashubian Switzerland with a guide who likes Kashubia and loves Kashubians. It will be not only occassion to see the Norbertine and Cartusian Monastery Churches but also to touch Kashubian folklore in Regional Centre in Szymbark where you will see the upside house, the longest wooden board registered in Guinness Record Book, Siberian houses and where you can taste beer from a local brewery. On the way, we will stop in the old pottery factory in Chmielno. To enrich your visit in Kashubia the folklore musician group can be ordered.
During the tour you will see: - the previous Norbertine Monastery Church in Żukowo (abt 30 min in car) with interesting old interiors and history. - The former Cartusian Monastery Church in Kartuzy with the only remaining hermitage (abt 25 min in car). - Stop in Chmielno (abt 20 min in the car) for old pottery factory belonged for generations to Necel's family. - go by picturesque Kashubian Road passing on the way lakes and forests to Kashubian Regional Center (abt 30 min in car). - At the end we will stop for 2-3 hours in the Center to see the longest board in the world registered in Guinness Record Book, Siberian houses, upside house, the biggest piano in the world and other objects. - taste the beer from a local breweries and other local specialties. - Either in the Center or on the way we can stop at any time for tea/coffee/lunch break. Return way abt 60 min in car. At your request, the folk Kashubian group can be ordered at an extra price. The tour can be modified. Ask for an offer.

Car with driver. For larger group mini bus, bus can be arranged at additionally agreed price. Pottery factory is closed on Sundays and holidays. Kashubia tour can be modified for cruisers passengers to 5-6 hours.
