The answer is simple: I absolutely LOVE taking people out and showing them around. I lived in London for many years, and now I reside in Brighton, which is a fabulous seaside town near the capital. I know all the hidden gems in London and all along the south coast of England, which I would love to share with you. Whether it's history, shopping, nightlife, or pretty much anything else, I will be able to show you exactly what you need. I have also designed some multi-day tours; this is the best way to fit in a true local experience, and you see so much more than you would on a day trip because we have less travel between places. We stay in different places on our adventure so you get to see them once the tourists go home (Ironic, I know, ha ha). Sussex is also a beautiful part of the country; we have a national park on the outskirts (the Downs) which is amazing for walks. We also have many other towns around us that are worth visiting. For example, we have Lewes, which is a 15-minute drive away and hosts probably the most amazing fireworks display in the country on the 5th of November. I can also work as your chauffeur. This means our journey can start right from when you land. I am not sure where to start ..this was a very long day tour but so very worth it with James as our guide. James was the most pleasant, friendliest, helpful, knowledgable. We stepped into his car and it was like we had been friends for years. You can tell he loves what he does. The Windsor Castle, Roman Baths and the Stonehenge inner circle tours were amazing. We had lunch, tea and stopped at a roadside pub all providing us with that full on British experience. If you can book James for a tour... do it !
We can't say enough about James and what a special day he made for us. He started off the day by taking us to this wonderful little village called Castle Combe in the Cotswolds. The most amazing part is that this wasn't even part of the tour. We happened to be a little ahead of schedule and he thought it would be a nice surprise and it surly was. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the places he took us but he know exactly where to go and when to avoid the crowds.
James is an outstanding tour guide. He led us on an amazing tour of the Cotswolds, Bath, and Stonehenge. He was in constant communication with us in advance and customized the tour to our liking. He led us on an amazing tour and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see. He was extremely knowledgeable about the locations we visited. He is super friendly and we had a great day hanging out with him. It was the highlight of our vacation. I cannot say enough about how great James was as a tour guide.
