Your London tour itinerary
From your hotel we take a day's tour out of London to wind down and sample the beautiful Cotswolds area. Depending on where you are staying in London, it's a one to two hour trip to Oxford. We stop in Oxford and stroll through the university colleges and academia soaking up the atmosphere of England's oldest university city. Leaving Oxford we drive out into the delightful Cotswolds landscape to stop off for lunch at one of the oldest inns in the district. The contrast from the energetic speed of London city life to country pace is complete. We wind along the narrow country lanes through pretty Cotswolds villages and their tiny, charming cottages. The second option is all contrast again as we visit Blenheim Palace, seven acres of palace, the largest in England not owned by the Crown. Blenheim Palace is where Sir Winston Churchill was born, and we can make a small detour to see his grave if you wish. You will be returned to your accommodation at the end of the tour.
