Hello, my name is Daniel. I am a London Taxi Tour guide. Myself & my family were born & brought up in London, I have always had a fascination of the city I live in, so in 2013 I decided to study the knowledge of London to become a London Taxi driver. After intensely learning the many roads and hidden streets and after 4 years of studying, I became a London Taxi driver. I soon realised whilst driving passengers in my cab, that customers would ask many questions about statues, landmarks and historical buildings. Which at the time I never knew the answer, only the street name I was driving on and where I was driving too. So, 3 years ago, I took it upon myself to start reading up on the history of London. The more and more books I read on the different points of history, people and places, my love for London grew even more stronger. In 2020, I discovered the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers Official London tour guide course and decided to complete this as soon as possible. I am happy to say I obtained this badge during one of the most difficult years, in the global pandemic. Let me take you back to the year 1888, to Jack the Ripper's London, on a tour of the Whitechapel Murders sites in the comfort of a Traditional black Cab. I will take you back to the streets of Victorian London where I will walk with you through the events of what has become known as the autumn of terror. You can join myself as your expert guide for your own personal Jack the Ripper Tour. You will be taken on a fascinating tour through the East End of London, where you will shake off the shackles of the 21st century and find yourself spirited back to that long ago dark period of history. During this time the Ripper murders brought horror and panic to the streets of victorian London. Alongside me, we will be navigating these historic streets together during our 3 hour tour.
Daniel was an outstanding tour guide. We saw so many different parts of London and we were able to go into The Ten Bells pub. Daniel told us about a different conspiracy of who might the killer have been that totally blew my mind. He had lots of pictures to show us and gave us great details about all the areas we visited. I would definitely recommend Daniel and if we’re in London again, we would book another tour with him.
Our first tour with Danny was to locations associated with Jack the Ripper, around 1888, Danny took us down creepy alley ways where Jack the Ripper did frequent. During this tour he provided us with in depth information on the police investigations and personal backgrounds for each victim. During both tours Danny understood our requirements and willingly accommodated any changes we asked of him. He also took steps to help those in our party who had limited mobility. For example Danny would drop us off as close as possible to a location so that we didn’t have to walk far and then go and bring the Cab back to us later. We highly recommend Danny for any of your tour requirements in London, he is professional and very kind, we had a wonderful time doing two tours with Danny
This was a brilliantly run tour! Our guide Danny had contemporary photos to really immerse us in 1888. A wonderful way of seeing a part of the city we otherwise would not have visited, and in the comfort of a cab which allowed us to see all five murder sites. We walked around points of interest in the East end and Jack the Ripper sites and were shielded from the January weather in between! Danny is a personable and very pleasant orator. The Ripper as framework for an East end tour is brilliant. Danny took lovely group photos of us at the various locations. We are so very glad we did this tour with Danny!
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Danny! Danny was super friendly and extremely thorough in going through the details of the gruesome murders in Whitechapel . He had pictures of several locations dating back to the days of Jack the Ripper to compare with those same locations he took us to today that made it really surreal as some surrounding buildings appeared frozen in time. Danny also took us around the surrounding area and showcased several places that were not directly relevant to Jack the Ripper which was a pleasant and lovely surprise. Plus, Danny takes really great photos which he kindly shared with us after our tour. All in all, I would strongly recommend Danny for this tour for anyone visiting London for something that is off the beaten track.

Great tour and Daniel was great. The advantage to his Jack the Ripper Tour over others is going by taxi and being able to see each site vs a walking tour just seeing 2 or 3 sites. Daniel was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would use him again.
