One of my personal favourite places to visit in Scotland is the beautiful Loch Lomond which is right on my doorstep. I love visiting Loch Lomond for its majestic scenery and enchanted mountains. There is nothing better than being on the 'Bonnie Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond'. I have been a coach driver guide for 25 years and in this time I have traveled the length and breadth of the UK. Begin your adventure with a scenic drive to the picturesque village of Luss, located on the shores of Loch Lomond. Take time to explore this beautiful conservation village admiring its charming cottages. Continue north through the dramatic Highland scenery towards Loch Tulla Viewpoint, where you can capture incredible panoramic views over rugged mountains & lochs. Travel onwards through the heart of Glencoe, one of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes, and stop at the famous Three Sisters of Glencoe Viewpoint. Surrounded by towering mountains and dramatic valleys. Your route then takes you to the historic Glenfinnan Viaduct, made famous around the world as the railway bridge featured in the Harry Potter films. Continue to Fort William, known as the “Outdoor Capital of the UK” and located beneath the mighty Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain. The journey continues to the Commando Memorial Monument near Spean Bridge. Your final stop is the charming Highland town of Pitlochry.
