I am fascinated by the way Gaudi understands architecture/life. Simple, in contact with nature, the elements. . . I would like to share with you all I know about him. You will fall in love also with the sinuous shapes that will connect us to the waves of the Mediterranean Sea/ Region where he was born. You will see where his inspiration is coming from. . . the helical movements he learned from the movements of plants, always growing up looking for sunlight. He was always working in progress that's why he preferred using plaster models instead of regular plans. Did you know his workshop in Sagrada Familia was set on fire during the Spanish Civil War? Come with me and let me introduce you Antoni, the man, and his work. We will discover his most visited works together and I love questions so please don't hesitate to ask me whatever you feel like. PLEASE NOTE: Sagrada Familia have a dress code. Shoulders must be covered and shorts are not allowed ( a scarf can Help).
