Half Day Experiencing the Best Gaudí in Barcelona

Miriam was simply terrific! Her knowledge of history, art/architecture, and cultural context opened our eyes on this half day Gaudi tour. Her consideration and enthusiasm for us, her clients, was genuine and gentle. She was very comfortable to be with, personable, and friendly. Miriam was the highlight of our trip. Her passion for Gaudí and everything Barcelona is contagious, and her knowledge brought the city to life in a way that felt both engaging and personal. She’s incredibly relatable and has a natural way of connecting with everyone in the group. We were traveling with our kids (24, 21, and 15), and she managed to keep all of them interested and involved the entire time—no small accomplishment. If you’re considering a guide, don’t even think about it—hire her. You’ll be glad you did.

Miriam was a delightful guide. With a great command of English, she shared her enthusiasm, depth of knowledge, and love of Barcelona and all things Gaudi. We had an excellent afternoon with her and learned so much! Since we had already booked tickets to the Sagrada Família in the morning, Miriam was happy to adjust our tour to include other Gaudi sites. She is a true teacher, sharing so much information and making connections between what we had seen on our own at the basilica with the Gaudi sites she showed us. Miriam was the best ! She was so flexible with changes that occurred and easily modified our tour and tailored it to our needs . Miriam discussed what our interests were before we even started out and guided us using that information. She loves her city and it showed in her special and secret places she guided us to. The history of Barcelona was so easy to understand as she discussed each place, so we were taken back in time , such as the grooves in the wall made by carts or butchers sharpening knives on the stone walls 400 years ago. Not only did she did have a wonderful tour, she pointed out the best dining and shopping places! We learned so much in four hours compared to all the other tours that we have taken on our trip! Not one minute was wasted. We now love Barcelona almost as much as she does! Highly recommend her tours. Just wish she had been in every city we visited.

The Gaudi Tour with Miriam was truly a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She also went above and beyond to make it fun and engaging for my 9-year-old daughter, giving her opportunities to participate throughout the tour.

Miriam was amazing ! She shared so much detailed knowledge and background on Gaudi and his life. She took us through all the best places and at the best times to see La Sagrada and shared such a wealth of info. It was a terrific experience and it would not have been the same without her guidance!
