Overview of your Porto tour
Enjoy this amazing opportunity to know three cities of Portugal in the same tour. Come join me to know Fatima, a city in central Portugal, with the history behind of the place where happened the "Miracle of the Sun". The sacred sites include the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary with its golden angels and the modern Church of the Holy Trinity. You also will know Coimbra, the "City of Students". The University is famous for its baroque library, and its 18th century bell tower. In the old town there is the Romanesque cathedral of the XII century, the Old Cathedral. To complete the tour we will visit Aveiro, the city that is knows as "Portuguese Venice". It is distinguished by its canals navigated by colorful boats (moliceiros boats). This city also is known by it's historic center with the biggest concentration of Art Nouveau buildings in Europe. And of course we cannot miss Costa Nova, a stripe of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the river. Let's enjoy a beautiful day discovering this unique cities!
Your Porto tour itinerary
We'll start by meeting at your hotel or other point of the Porto city area. In this Tour you will visit: - The city of Fatima, namely, the Basilica and the Apparitions Chapel - After you will take a time to have a lunch break - The City of Coimbra: Historic Center, University and Library - Finaly, the center of Aveiro. At the end, we'll return back to Porto city. The tour can be customised according to your preferences, please inquire
