I am Cristian, a graduate of the Cesar Vallejo University, with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Administration, in addition to being an Official Tourism Guide recognized by the government MINCETUR (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism). During this tour, we will visit the most important places that the city of Lima presents: the Miraflores District and Lima's Historic Centre. Miraflores is famous for its beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and is also known for having one of Lima's most popular touristic attractions: the Park of Love, where I'll be taking you to early on. It should be noted that this emblematic place has witnessed many romantic and family moments. I strongly remember walking through the park of love with my family and friends on dates like February 14. The main attraction of Lima is actually its historical centre, where we'll be walking through its most important and famous streets such as El Jiron de la Unión, which connects several of the city's landmarks, such as Plaza Mayor de Lima and The Old Train Station, both of which we'll cover on this tour. If you booked on any day of the week except Mondays, we could also visit Peru's National Bank Museum!

We had a wonderful 1/2 day tour of Lima with Christian! In a short amount of time he showed us the beautiful historic district of Lima. He brought us to the key sights we wanted to see and still had time for a Pisco tasting. Also thank you to Senor Javier for his driving services.
Cristian was organised, prompt and very friendly. Our tour was well organised and ran like clockwork. Cristian was well prepared with written material and pictures and knew his subject, as well as the area. He also has a good sense of humour which made the tour fun, as well as informative.

·After picking you up, we'll venture into the Miraflores District where we'll visit the Love Park. ·Next, we'll pass by the Huaca Pucllana ruins (exterior view). ·Afterwards, we'll head to the historic centre and stop by Plaza San Martín, where the Gran Hotel Bolivar is located. ·We'll then walk along Jirón de la Unión street towards La Merced Church. ·One block ahead, we'll come across the beautiful Courret House and marvel at its facade. ·Going just a few steps forward, we'll visit Lima's main square (Plaza de Armas). ·We'll then turn left just one block to reach the Basilica and Church of Santo Domingo. ·Just a couple of blocks away, we'll see the House of Peruvian Literature. ·We'll finish our tour with a quick visit to the Crafts market. If you want to visit the Cathedral of Lima the entrance is by your own. This itinerary can be adapted to traveller's interests: do not hesitate to contact me for a customized tour.
