Jenni was very knowledgable about Lima’s history. She was also very flexible regarding the tour making last minute adjustments to a participant with a sore leg. As for transportation, she arranged for a large van that easily accommodated our party of seven. I highly recommend this tour.
Fantastic tour
Jenni and the driver were waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship. She gave us a tour of all the places we wanted to see. When we started slowing down, she found a cafe for us to get a drink and rest. Later, when we were in a no vehicle area and my wife tired, she guided us to another little cafe outside of the restricted zone where the driver could pick us up. She guided at a pace that was satisfactory to us. When the tour ended and we were to be dropped off at the airport, she insisted on going into the airport with us. She talked to people in the airport to get directions as to where and when we could check in since we were 7 hours early. She was with for 20-30 minutes at the airport. This last step was greatly appreciated and I would not hesitate to take another tour with her.
We had a great time visiting the city of Kings. There was a great museum and we were able do do part of it by van which was nice because it was a huge site. We then went to Borrancos and saw the city street art and ate in a typical Peruvian restaurant so we could go where the locals eat. Jenni was a very knowledgeable guide who loves her people and her city.
Jenni was fabulous! Knowledgeable and great command of English and Spanish. She was great at adapting the tour pace to our group of 4, and even stopped at a great ice cream parlor. She also made dinner reservations for us at a restaurant she recommended. We very much enjoyed our Lima City tour. Jenni provides excellent customer service.
