Saul gave our family of four (spanning our 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s) an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment the day began, everything was seamless, well-organized, and thoughtfully paced. We started our adventure searching for monkeys in Punta Laguna—and were thrilled to find howler monkeys in their natural habitat. From there, the day only got better: canoeing across the lagoon, ziplining through the trees, and rappelling down into a stunning cenote. Each activity felt exciting but safe, and Saul made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and included. One of the most special parts of the day was sharing a delicious, authentic lunch at a Mayan household. It was such a unique and meaningful cultural experience—something we’ll all remember. We wrapped up the day exploring the Cobá ruins, which was the perfect ending to an already incredible itinerary. Throughout it all, Saul shared his deep knowledge of Mexican history and culture, along with personal stories and insights that made everything come alive. He also kept us laughing and made the entire day feel relaxed and fun. We truly hated for it to end. Saul was a fabulous tour guide. We had Saul and Luis for the first day and Saul for the second day. Saul's knowledge of the area and the way he delivered that information were first class. He took us to see some iconic sites like Chichen itza and the Mayan ruins in Tullum, but also to some out of the way authentic places for lunch which were delicious. Both days we swam at the most beauiful, but very different cenotes, imaginable. Thank you Saul for making our stay in Cancun so very memorable! FIVE STARS!

Saul isn't a good guide. He's the best guide. The day before our excursion Saul contacted me & helped with a few questions. He was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and a ton of fun. Every detail was thought out and well executed. My entire family loved spending the day with him at Chitzen Itzá & Ek Balaam. Our 8 year old gave him "100 out of 10 stars" and somehow that doesn't quite explain how great he was. Thanks for the elote, chupacabra, and making our family's day a real dream. #Tulaka

Saúl as a terrific guide, from pre-trip communication and planning through the day's activities. There was a separate driver for the van. Saúl was a very knowledgeable guide at the Coba archaeological site. He taught us how to say hello and thank you in the local Mayan language. He took us to a house/restaurant in a small village where we learned to make tortillas before eating a delicious lunch. We saw spider monkeys. And he showed us the brave way to jump from a high ledge into a cenote! A great day!

He put together a perfect custom day for us, communicated great from the beginning of our booking to the end, was very knowledgeable, and friendly/fun to be around. Saul was a great guide, good comms before and kept our large family group on track. I did a tailor made tour for us meeting our requirements. He also took us to a great centote in a small village and a fun restaurant where we made some taco's and the food was lovely. He also arranged for transport for us from Tulum back to Cancun airport for our departure.
