Unforgettable Experience with the Best Guide in México! Diego was the highlight of our adventure in Quintana Roo. Passionate, knowledgeable, and full of life, his laugh and personality were as unforgettable as the places he showed us. He’s a gifted storyteller who genuinely takes great pride in sharing his country’s rich culture and natural beauty. He’s also warm, funny, and incredibly generous with his time. He consistently went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience possible—always making us feel safe, welcome, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your guide, you’re in for an experience you’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely fabulous day with Diego. He arrived on time at the resort with a van that was large enough to accommodate 4 adults without anyone needing to squeeze into a middle seat. His English is superb, he was extremely personable and knowledgeable and made the day an absolute joy. We loved the tour of Tulum and learning about the Mayan culture. From there we had a really wonderful trip through an underground river and several cenotes all on private property - so we were really all alone. I can't say how wonderful it was to have such a special experience. It was well worth the trip. The piece de resistance was the local seafood restaurant and lunch - which we all loved. I would strongly recommend booking a tour with Diego.

It was amazing! This is our second time to use Diego as our tour guide and he is always wonderful! He has such knowledge of this area and is full of information on whatever you are touring, very good with children. The underground river and cenote will be forever memories for all of us!

Diego and his driver Erick were extremely kind and accommodating to our large group of friends. At the last minute our pick-up location changed and our request was handled w ease. Diego gave us lots of extra time to shop, rest and take breaks as desired. Our cenote trip was the rave of our group, and our worries were put at ease because of his kind and supportive vibe! We even had a long lunch together at a local spot, giving us hours of extra time to hang out. Both Diego and Erick made our day! Thanks!
