We cannot recommend Tita highly enough! From the moment she picked us up right on time, she made our family of five feel welcomed and completely at ease. Her English was excellent, and her knowledge of Tulum, the Maya civilization, local culture, plants, wildlife, and history was incredible. Every question we asked was met with a thoughtful, detailed answer. Traveling with three kids (ages 8, 10, and 11) can be challenging, but Tita was wonderful with them. She kept drinks and snacks available throughout the day, paced the tour perfectly, and made sure everyone was engaged and having fun. One of the highlights was the beautiful cenote she chose for us. It was absolutely stunning, and the cliff jump was an unforgettable adventure for our kids. To top it all off, she surprised us afterward with a spread of fresh local fruits, explaining each one and encouraging all of us to try something new. It was such a thoughtful and memorable way to end the day. Tita also brought along her 11-year-old nephew (discussed with us beforehand), who was an absolute joy. He was kind, helpful, and interacted so naturally with our kids that it felt like they had another friend along for the adventure. A perfect addition. We loved getting to spend the day with someone who genuinely loves sharing her knowledge and culture. It was absolutely one of the highlights of our entire trip to Mexico, and we'll be talking about it for years to come. Thank you, Tita, for giving our family such an unforgettable day! If you're debating between a large group tour and booking with Tita, don't hesitate. Our family agreed this was worth every penny and one of the best travel experiences we've ever had.

Excellent guide who is passionate about the region and its history. Tailored the tour to make it accessible to our kids (6 and 4 years old) and kept them engaged while imparting a lot of knowledge - no easy feat! The transport she arranged was likewise excellent. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a private tour in the area.

Teresita was great. We had a private tour for 3 adults and 6 kids ages 8-17 and it was a great day. We went to Muyil rather than Tulum as we wanted a 9 AM start. We had lunch with Teresita and our driver. Great day with a great guide. Was really good with our kids too.
