Fernando offered a great tour of the ruins at Tulum and swim at a nearby Cenote. His knowledge of the Mayan civilization and the history of the Yucatán was impressive. He was willing to work with us to accommodate a 2 year old child on the tour and showed patience as we moved slower than what he may have been used to. Fernando was even able to coordinate transportation from Cancun for a nominal fee.

Fernando was a professional and knowledgeable guide who gave us our best day of our Mexican vacation! He took us to the Tulum ruins an hour before most of the other tourists arrived, and shared its history before the crowds. Then he took us to two very different but incredible cenotes and even provided snorkel gear, cold waters and snacks for the kids. We ended the day with a delicious authentic Mexican lunch at a local spot. He also had a driver and air conditioned van for us. 10/10 perfect day! Highly recommend Fernando as a guide to see some of the off-resort Mexican highlights!

This tour was perfect if you are trying to get a glimpse into the history and geology of the Yucatan and the ancient Mayan civilizations of the area! The ruins were beautiful and well preserved. Fernando knew a lot about the ruins and was a wonderful personal guide. He also made things easy by securing the tickets for us and we did not need to worry about a thing! The cenote was cool and Fernando had all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy it! He took us to a nearby authentic spot for lunch and had us back to our resort by about 2 so that we could enjoy the day there. It was truly the perfect tour for what we were looking for: a chance to check out the serene beauty of the ruins and a cenote in a reasonably quick amount of time!
