·Our tour begins with a private pickup from your accommodation in Mérida, to take you to the Maya Community where the cenote is located. ·Approximately an hour and a half after departure, we'll arrive at the cenote where I'll proceed to give you an introduction to the cultural and historical significance of cenotes in Maya traditions. ·In around 30 minutes you'll be fully ready to swim in the cenotes clear waters, or to simply experience the beauty of the water reflection of the candles, creating a serene, subtly illuminated atmosphere. ·Afterwards, you'll be able to lounge in hammocks, relaxing under the stars enjoying a campfire. Sample local snacks will be offered, prepared by women from the local community! ·A couple of hours later we'll return to Mérida, to which we'll arrive after an hour drive, bringing the evening to a close with beautiful memories of a unique cultural and natural experience.
