After meeting at your accommodation, we'll take an Uber to the train station to board the Tren Maya, and travel comfortably to Tixkokob. There, you will be guided through the rich legacy of the Hacienda San Antonio Millet and embark on a personalized culinary journey. Originally founded in the 17th century as a cattle ranch, the hacienda was later transformed into a thriving henequen plantation. Under the management of the Counts of Miraflores, it evolved into the architectural treasure it is today: an elegant fusion of French Renaissance. Medieval design. Complete your journey through time with an authentic Mayan cooking class. Master traditional techniques through a menu designed as a love letter to the Peninsula.
