Hello everyone, and thank you for taking a look at my profile! I am an Art Historian, postgraduated at the University "La Sapienza" of Rome. I also obtained a master's degree in Conservation and Restoration at the University "Gregoriana" in Rome. I became a licensed guide of Rome and of the Vatican Museums in 2001. I have also spent some time abroad to improve my language skills. I love both modern and ancient art and archaeology so for me it is not tiring to learn new things that I can later share with travellers! I enjoy art in all its forms, e. g. theatre and ballet, which I practice during my free time. I am in love with my city and its characteristic alleys, where I wander to explore and find secret corners I can take travellers to! My favorite places are Saint Angelo's Castle, where you can feel a marvelous medieval atmosphere, and the Pantheon, the monument symbol of the Imperial Rome. I like to tour with families with kids and small groups, but don't worry, I am able to fit a larger group too, so feel free to contact me for a customized tour that can meet all your requests and desires! Please do not hesitate to contact me for any information you may need about my beloved Eternal City! Licensed Tour Guide of Rome and the Vatican since 2001. Postgraduated at the University "La Sapienza" of Rome. Master's Degree in Conservation and Restoration at the University "Gregoriana" in Rome. According to Italian laws, I'm able to guide you inside museums, archaeological areas, cities and any sites. I'm not a licensed driver. For tours including private transportation, my trusted professional driver will be at your disposal.

When in Rome take your time to visit wonderful Rome surroundings too! In this day trip outside the city, I'll show the best gems: Hadrian's Villa and Villa d'Este! Located in Tivoli, 30 km east of Rome going through Via Tiburtina, those splendid villas built in two different ages: Villa Adriana dates back to Roman times and Villa D'Este is from the Renaissance period. Hadrian's Villa built by Emperor Hadrian with monumental courtyards decorated with mosaics and columns, he had seen during his travels in the East. Villa D'Este, one of the most beautiful residences of the Renaissance period. More than three hundrend monumental fountains with spectacular water jets are in the heart of splendid Italian-style gardens, which create a peaceful symphony of carved stones, shade, sunlight and water. The tour will also include the wonderful palace decorated with remarkable Renaissance paintings. My favourite ones during my artistic studies! Let me enjoy them with you!
