Historical Rome Private Tour from Civitavecchia port

Riccardo was awesome. We were disembarking from a cruise and he picked us up on time. We have been in Rome before so we wanted to see a few things that we had not seen and he planned the perfect day as we talked in the car. He even took us to a beautiful spot where we got to see the cannon going off at noon. Along the way he told us about Rome’s history and pointed out many things that we would’ve missed otherwise. We requested a restaurant for lunch that wasn’t in a touristy area and Riccardo delivered. Our lunch was perfecto!! He then took us to the airport at exactly the time he said he would. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. If you want someone knowledgeable, I strongly recommend a tour with Riccardo.

He was on time picking us up He took us to all the best places in Rome and was knowledgeable and helped us secure all the advance and skip the line tickets! Those lines are scary, super long but we just walked right in! He even added a romantic stop overlooking Rome for our future son in law to propose to our daughter ❤️

Riccardo is a wonderful person and took us from the port - Rome - hotel. Our time in Rome was nice- the only disappointing factor was the we had all our luggage in his van. He was concerned about the safety of the vehicle and the luggage- so he stayed with the van -- because of this we were basically on our own, unless the van was 'in sight'. So we walked and visited some of the sites on our own, without his expertise as a tour guide.
