Ciao! I'm Sabrina, born and raised in Rome, archeologist and qualified guide for Rome! I've been working as an archeologist for 20 years, digging in different places in Rome and outside Rome. A few years ago I started working as a tour guide and it was a revelation for me! I realized that I really love this job! I like passing on my knowledge and at the same time meeting new people and learning from everyone. As an archeologist, I love archeological sites, monuments, buildings or museums where you can "read" the history of this wonderful city . . but I also love strolling through the narrow streets of Rome, where literally every stone can tell us something! I never get tired of taking guided tours, because Rome is truly unforgettable and there is always something to discover! • Degree in Archeology, La Sapienza University, Rome • Master in "musealization, preservation and enhancement of archeological heritage", University of Rome Tor Vergata • Licensed Tour Guide of Rome • Licensed Tour Guide of the Vatican I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

Let's discover the history of ancient Rome through the ruins of its most important buildings. We will visit the symbol of Rome itself: the Colosseum. Here we will learn about entertainment in imperial times, gladiator fights, hunting wild animals and executions, literally walking in the footsteps of the past. We also visit the Palatine Hill, a place associated with the legend of Rome's foundation and the true center of power at the time. As you climb the Palatine Hill, you will enjoy the beauty of a relaxing natural landscape, while the Vatican skyline can be seen in the distance. We will explore the Roman Forum: the religious, political and commercial center of the city. You will hear stories about the daily life of the citizens and the official celebrations that took place in the Forum to glorify the Empire. As an archeologist, I love to show small details and signs from the past that can shed light on the evolution of an archeological site.

Sabrina is easily the best guide for touring any ancient Roman site. Very learned, patient and able to handle any bizarre question you can throw at her.
Sabrina is a consummate pro. She knows how to maximize every minute of your time with her; and, as a professional archeologist, adds sooooo much. This our fourth trip to classical Rome (we do each grandchild separately); and I learned more on this visit than on the other three combined.
This tour was amazing! Thanks for having such knowledgeable and excellent guides--Sabrina made it all come to life for us.
Excellent tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable and made it a great experience. Thank you
Our guide was fantastic! She knew so much about the construction techniques, buildings, and historical figures.
The order of the main venues might change according to the availability of the tickets. We'll visit: • Colosseum (ground level and second tier); • Roman Forum (Arch of Titus, Basilica of Maxentius, temple of Julius Caesar, . . . ); • Palatine Hill (Imperial Palace). Weather: I run tours rain or shine, and most of my itineraries take place entirely or partially outside. Water, sunscreen and a hat are recommended in summer, as are warm layers in winter. Comfortable shoes are always advised.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
